What are release notes?

Release notes provide a breakdown of development within a certain version or release, of a piece of software. They help you decide whether your infrastructure is ready for the update, or if a later date would be more suitable.

Generally, users should avoid releases tagged Preview. These are releases that haven't been adequately tested but are available for early adopters.
